Whenever you schedule an appointment with us, you automatically opt in to receive confirmation emails and text (SMS) messages from us regarding confirmation of your appointment date, and time(s) if applicable. You will also receive reminders the day before your scheduled service date, or if a change is made to your service date. These messages are automatically generated whenever we populate an appointment on our calendar.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

What we collect, and how we use your information:
We do collect and store basic personal information for the purpose of conducting our business as necessary. For instance, we would have a really hard time decorating your house, if we didn't have your address. We also can't contact you if we don't have your phone number and/or email address. So we keep those things handy, mostly within Quickbooks. Feel free to check out their privacy policies as well, they're quite similar, but way more seriously worded with legalese and lengthy over-explanation. For good reason, they should take data seriously, because companies like ours put tons of it in there.
We relay contact data to our sub-contract providers who execute installation services as well, because that's how they get there to put up your display. All of them are required to sign a bunch of documents every season saying that your data stays within the Chilly Lights organization, and is not to be used for outside purposes.
We may use your data to market services from our sister brands to you, but we don't do it often. Chilly Lights is owned by a parent company called Volition Holdings LLC, which is fancy for "All of the stuff Sean does all year." 2-4 times a year, we might tell you about those services, usually in the form of a deal that you can use because we already know you.

Refund and Shipping Policy
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the damages are concealed within the packaging, you will be asked to provide a picture, so it would be helpful to take a picture of the product and packaging before contact.

There is a restock fee of 15% that is waived if an additional order is placed.

Chilly Lights a DBA of Volition Holdings LLC, Volition Holdings LLC, nor any of it's affiliated companies, share or sell contact information with any third party. Additionally, contact information within the Volition Holdings LLC family of companies is not shared between those companies and is held exclusively only within the company our client(s) are specifically doing transacting with.
This rule is only excepted with certain third party wholesale suppliers. Chilly Lights is obligated to share specific contact information to complete shipping of many items from third party suppliers from ecommerce transactions.
Chilly Lights does not warrant the disclosure of contact information by third party suppliers, and shall not be responsible for any third party supplier disclosure of information.
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - Wix.com
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix.com stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
