About the Role
**Job Description**
Chilly Lights is hiring seasonal Holiday Lighting Installers to help bring the holiday season to homes and businesses throughout the Denver area. You’ll work alongside a crew leader to install attractive, secure lighting displays while keeping safety, quality, and customer care at the center of your work.
**What You’ll Do**
- Install holiday lights and decorations along rooflines, trees, shrubs, and other property features.
- Set up and safely use ladders, hand tools, and installation equipment.
- Help load, unload, organize, and care for lighting materials and equipment.
- Follow design plans and crew leader instructions to create clean, consistent displays.
- Test lighting and help troubleshoot installation issues.
- Protect customers’ homes and landscaping, and leave each job site clean.
- Communicate with your crew and contribute to safe, efficient workdays.
- Assist with lighting removal and packing in January, if available.
This is a physical, outdoor position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays for weather-related makeup days. Prior holiday lighting experience is welcome but not required—we’re looking for dependable people who are ready to learn and take pride in their work.
Requirements
Job Requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality throughout the holiday installation season.
Available Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays for weather-related makeup days.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the designated daily meeting location.
Comfortable working safely on ladders and at heights, including rooflines as required.
Able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 80 pounds, with reasonable accommodation, and safely handle extension ladders with assistance when needed.
Able to perform physical work outdoors in Colorado’s changing weather, including cold temperatures.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on clean, consistent installations and protecting customers’ property.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different homes and installation challenges.
Able to follow safety procedures, installation instructions, and direction from a crew leader.
Professional, courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers.
Preferred, but Not Required
Experience in holiday lighting, landscaping, construction, roofing, painting, or similar hands-on work.
Familiarity with ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
Availability for lighting removals in January.
